Pick a list.
Results are written to IssueBadge Status / Issue ID / URL contact properties (created automatically). Contacts that already have an Issue ID are skipped, so re-running is safe. Tip: add the Send IssueBadge certificate action to any Workflow for fully automatic issuing.
